VICE CHANCELLOR’S MESSAGE
Warm welcome to Bir Tikendrajit University. The University was established in 2020 as a Private University in Manipur vide Notification No. 2/5/2020-leg/L 26th March 2020 of Manipur Gazette (Manipur Legislature Act Nov.9 of 2020) and recognized by UGC U/S No. 2 (f) UGC Act 1956. Our vision is empowering students to meet and exceed challenges through active participation in shaping their future. Our mission is to provide high quality, accessible education through blended learning processes, innovation and creativity. The list of courses offered by the University include under- Graduate (BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA), Post Graduate (M.A, M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Tech) Diploma in engineering programmes, Research degree programmes etc. The University is planning to start UGC recognized Vocational Programmes such as Green House Technology, Renewable Energy, Food Processing and Engineering, Soil and Water Conservation, Tourism and Entrepreneurship including creation of an eco-system for Skill Development activities. Lastly but not the least, I extend my warm wishes to all our students, faculties and staffs of the university and look forward to greater level of achievements in the years to come.
