Diploma in Radiology and Imaging Technology is a Diploma level Radiography program. It is the technique and process used to create images of the human body or parts and function thereof for clinical purposes (medical procedures seeking to reveal/diagnose or examine disease) or medical science including the study of normal anatomy and physiology. Although imaging of removed organs and tissues can be performed for medical reasons, such procedures are not usually referred to as medical imaging but rather are a part of the pathology.

Ans: No, the candidate must pass from 10+2 in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Math as subjects to become eligible.
Ques. Is pursuing a Diploma in Radiology better than a diploma in Radiology Therapy?
Ans. While the core focus of both courses is the same, Radiology is more general and includes X-rays, CT scans, MRI, etc... Radiotherapy on the other hand focuses on cancer patients and their treatment using the Radiation method.
